Pros: Quiet up to it's max RPM, moves lots of air, stylish, parasite noise-free, good PWM response

Cons: only mounts on 120mm holes, may pose some problems because it's round (problems based on opinions, have not encountered any yet actuallly)

CAREFUL, THIS REVIEW IS ABOUT THE TY-147A, THERE MAY BE SLIGHT PERFORMANCE DIFFERENCE PWM PROFILE CHANGE (big deal) This fan came with my HR-02 (push exhaust through the back), it allows my i5 4690k 4.4ghz to remain at 45-50°C during gaming, 65°C max when huge cpu load (encoding), while remaining completely silent. I feel it is better than the Phanteks stock PH-F140XP / SP of my Enthoo Pro case as it still remains silent above 900 RPM as opposite to the nevertheless good Phanteks, but if the latter has the same sonic and aerodynamic tested/rated values at the Thermalright and the round (TS, HP I and II) Phanteks models, then it also means the TY-147A is about on top of the 140mm noise...
