Pros: Bass, sound quality, soundstage, value

Cons: Stock pads not very comfortable, stock straight cable too short, stock coiled cable annoying

Pros: lightweight, comfortable around the ears (instead of on the ears), extra pair of pads, I don't even want to wear my old headphones

Cons: Coiled cable!

I just got these the other day, just tried em on today and can tell you that I noticed an IMMEDIATE difference from everything I'd ever heard until now. It's as if I wasn't even living before? This isn't a full review as I've just got these. Also- I am by no means an audiophile. You can take my word this is how I honestly feel about them. Initial Impressions: First thing's first- I was immediately impressed with the packaging. It comes in an awesome case. I was afraid the circumference of the pads wouldn't be enough for my huge dome. Ultrasone PRO 550 are AWESOME!!

Pros: nice punctual bass without drowning out the midtones, visually look appealing, decent blocking of ambient sound

Cons: no 1/4" to 3.5mm adaptor (needed for coiled cord)

I am extremely happy with these headphones. While I don't consider myself an audiophile I definitely know and appreciate the difference between good and bad sound. My previous pair of headphones for music were some Sony MDR's and Sennheiser 202. If you are looking for one hell of a nice pair of headphones then you might want to look into these. ALSO: They are no longer producing the blue-ish color that is pictured. It is instead silver, black, and a brushed metal look.
