XSPC Photon 170 Glass Tube Cylinder Reservoir

Description:
The XSPC Photon is the ultimate tube reservoir for PC water cooling. The tube is made from a quality toughened glass, which is both crystal clear and highly resistant to staining. In the center of the tube is an acrylic lighting pole that connects to a 5mm LED on the base of the reservoir. The LED is easily replaceable so you can match the lighting color to your build.

Unlike other tube reservoirs, which use cheap plastic brackets, the XSPC Photon has high quality CNC cut aluminium bracket. The bracket connects to both ends of the reservoir which give a solid hold without blocking the view of the tube.

Each reservoir is hand assembled and pressure tested before shipping from the manufacturer to ensure reliability.

Great Res for the money and well made. All glass is always a good thing..

review by tytechguy

I have the Photon 170 and 270 and really like them. The aluminum mounting bracket and all glass tube is a nice touch. Not to mention it's nice to know these are assembled and leak tested before they leave the factory. I did something with mine I haven't seen done before at least not that I could find anyway. I originally purchased these as separate units along with my XSPC pump heads and Alphacool D5 pumps. Then I purchased a new case and wanted to mount these a different way. So I turned the Res upside down and added a G1/4 to M20 adapter to the fill port. Then I added a male to male G1/4 adapter and screwed the other end in the input port of the pump head. Then added a rotary 90 degree fitting in the output port and was good to go. Now I have an all in one unit without having to buy a new Res. It's nice and sleek and looks great mounted that way. Looks great and works awesome.
