Pros: Good performance

Cons: Lack of instructions

The XSPC Raystorm, a great CPU waterblock, im using it on a 3820 paired with a Rampage IV Extreme, temp are low and the looks is beautiful. Lack of instructions, yes i know its easy to install but i think instructions is useful for everyone; its a must for some and just a referance for the other. Anyway performance are great for the price!
