Pros: Comparable to Water Cooling, Quiet, Keeps Proc Cool.

Cons: None

I was using a RASA setup prior to installing this heatsink. For those that do not know that is a open loop water cooling setup. I am a pretty parinoid person and for the longest time I was freaked out that my setup may be leaking. Well it wasn't, but I wanted to go back to air because I did not like the feeling of having to check my setup as often as I was because of my parinoia.

I went to Microcenter and they had this heatsink on sale. Very easy to install, though you do need to have the processor clamp installed to install this. It is currently keeping my I5 2500k OC'ed at 4.2GHZ very cool, actually almost as cool as the water cooling setup I was using. Maybe a degree or two warmer!

I paid for piece of mind and now I do not need to check my system once a week incase a leak has sprung. I do like the idea of spending thousands of dollars on something to have it get ruined by water because a clamp broke or something.

Highly recommend this heatsink.
