Zalman's ZM-NB47J is a fully adjustable Northbridge heatsink. It comes with 2 springs. Because the links aren't permanently attached you can adjust them so that the heatsink fits onto the motherboard with maximum clearance. The 37mm square unit is 47mm high with a plethora of pins placed perfectly to provide a large amount of surface area to dissipate heat.
