If I'm only using RAID 0 with two drives, will this card give me any noticeable speed increase?

It seems that there should be a way to make it work if the option exists....

__________________anywho, anyone know what the 4pin power connecter on the top side of the card is? Looks like a floppy power connecter, but obviously I'm not about to go plugging in random stuff Also, I found a sweet replacement for the stock hs, which uses clips. Pics write up coming

Nope, thats not the one. Hold on, picture coming.
__________________![]() that one is definiately a floppy power connecter (I tried and it fits). I just can't imagine it needs any more power than its getting from the PCIE bus. Would this be an IO connecter for servicing?

![]() ![]() ![]() Let me know if images don't appear. Anywho, I ordered a couple cheaper heatsinks and was planning on just trying them out and would have to epoxy the best on in the end. But I ordered up this zalman one: Zalman NBF47 It comes with clips, and with a little geometry and ingenuinty you can use the stock mounting clips, and no need for epoxy. I'm waiting for a smaller heatsink for the ARM processor, which is why it isn't mounted, but I already tested it and it works/fits. Warning: it is rather tall, so i think I'll have to use my second to bottom PCIE slot. Other than that, fit is perfect, and its Al, so its light weight (great for a small card with improper mounting)
