Adaptative Read Ahead was not enabled... that's why I had the bad figures.

Now here are my final results for Q6600 3Ghz, 4GB DDR 1066, Asus P5KR, Perc 5i in slot PCIe 4X not 8X, Raid0 3xOCZ Solid Series 30GB, Adaptative Read Ahead enabled, Write Back enabled, 128Kb stripe:

HDTune Read:

HDTune Write:

I find the write speed not very satisfying. What do you think?

hello

i have plugged the perc5 in the second PCIE slot. it's not good ?
my result for Read and Write is linear but for read i have best performance with the ICH10 (about 150Mb/s more).

i post some bench tonight ;D ( in 8 hours)

Try changing HD Tune test block size to something smaller. I am predicting your actually write speed is somewhere in the 200MB/s range. This is still great for MLC SSDs.

That has to be some kind of bug or program limitation... It might be pulling from cache?

Yes... not so real figures
I have learned on OCZ forum that "Conventional benchmarks can't be used for MFT enabled SSD drives."

At least we saw the future figures before we die

Here is my list of what has worked:
1.) ASUS A8N-SLI Premium skt939 nForce4
It worked in both PCI-E slots, with a PCI-E graphics card in the other slot
I didn't test it with the Perc 5i on its own and a PCI graphics card.

Well, the LSI SAS3442E-R I have sitting here isn't recognized at all on this board. But works fine on the old Athlon sitting in the closet. I even tried the pin mod. EVGA has been no help so far.
