How does the picture on the Sceptre look? I've heard mixed reviews about it. I'm kinda interested though.

Sceptre is an OK brand. I have myself a 20" 1000:1 5ms and it does the job. A lot of bleeding (I think that's what they call it) and it's a little hard when you try to see ppl in dark corners while playing a game.

A little interested in one of those Seagates but I need to know if it's IDE or SATA. It'll be a nice present for him on his birthday as his 2x120GB isn't big enough for the files he has. We installed CoD4 on his PC and he had only 112MB left on his main hard drive.

It's great! Not the glossy screen but used it for playing DX10 games like Crysis and Gears of war at full 1080i settings! The whole hallway here at my dorm watched me play games if that tells you anything
