Not telling you how to do business (giving you a free bump in fact), but why free shipping on the first item? What is to stop someone from buying an item with free shipping, waiting an hour, and then go "oh.... I need another single item" to get free ship all around? Make 'em buy two for free ship, charge on the first

simple, I'll just charge them the extra $4 for shipping for the 2nd item, it's not like I'll be shipping the 1st item within an hour of payment
