Default For Sale: Harman/Kardon AVR210

Up for sale is a Harman/Kardon home theater receiver, specifically model AVR210. This is a 5-channel receiver which is good for 40wpc at 8 ohms, 20hz-20khz with <0.07% THD. It features the incredibly dynamic range that has become a hallmark of H/K products. The reciever's processing capability is build around Dolby Digital and DTS, and includes Logic7, VMAx, and the EZ-Set functionality for automatic calibration of speakers via a microphone in the remote. The reciever has a full compliment of inputs and outputs, including preamp outputs for all channels, 6 digital inputs and 2 digital outputs, 7 stereo analog inputs and 3 analog stereo outputs, and a 6-channel direct analog input.
Also featured are many video input/output options utilizing both coaxial and S-video. Speaker connectivity is delivered via 10 heavy, insulated binding posts.

Full specifications can be found on this web page:
http://www.harmankardon.com/specific...%20210&sType=H

The original owners manual is available in PDF here:
http://ec1.images-amazon.com/media/i...L000019134.pdf

The item's dimensions are 17.1 x 17.3 x 6.5 inches; and it weighs in at 31 pounds.

The receiver itself is functioning perfectly, and cosmetically is in very good condition. I have babied this unit. The only blemish I could find as I took photos was a 1" scratch on the right side. There is a picture of it below. The remote is included and functioning, though it has seen better days. It rattles when shaken and is fairly beat up, though again functioning fine.

This unit's strong suite is it's digital decoding capabilities, it's DAC is far superior to that in my X-Fi to my ears, and is incredibly pleasant to listen to with any source. It is based upon the Crystal Semiconductor 4392 chip and features full 24-bit, 192 kHz bandwidth.

This is an incredibly enjoyable unit that I hate to see go, however, ad you can see in the pictures I am only using it's stereo capabilities and as I prepare to head off to college I need to slim down my assets. It has given me quite a few years of great sound and I hope it will continue to impress whomever it ends up with.

On audioreview.com this receiver has received 43 reviews and averaged a 4.47 out of 5 rating.

I am asking $300 $275 $225 plus shipping, which is much less than half of the original MSRP. If you live around Tampa Bay, Florida and would prefer to pick the unit up that is perfectly OK with me.
