For Sale: Laptop Creative X-Fi Soundcard + 5.1 Adapter + Mass Effect PRICE DROP 4/17
I sold my laptop and I finally hit 35 reps so I am starting my for sale career with this x-fi sound card for laptops with express card slots that is in perfect condition along with the 5.1 adapter.

is this card any good? from a comparison standpoint, i've got an xtreme music in my main rig that is awesome. what kind of benefit does this card give?

well for one thing if you get it with the adapter you can play 5.1 speakers on your laptop and it allows you to play the speakers louder if you have them hooked up to your laptop already.

edit: I found the original box to the sound card itself but I don't have the packaging that the 5.1 adapter came in.. I also have the original cd for the sound card somewhere and I'll need to find that but as far as the box goes it's a little torn up from being in my closet.

ive been using my laptop alot more lately, so yea let me know if you have all the original stuff. how often did you use it, and did you ever have any issues with it?

one more question...so this is technically a soundcard right? so id have to disable to onboard sound than install this and my built in dell speakers will be able to use it right?

When you plug it in, it automatically disables it or whatever and enables whatever you have hooked up to the soundcard

so i will HAVE to use headphones/5.1/2.1 speakers for me to utilize this correct? or will it make my dell speakers (built IN to the laptop) also? sorry if i sound confusing lol
