Ok so I have a lot of old parts I would like to sell. I will not for each item whether they are tested or not and any problems I have noticed with them.

EDIT: I added prices for each individual item and lowered some prices after looking at what everyone else was selling for.
I would like to sell the following (including everything in the following picture) 5 items and a LAN card and a floppy drive as a combo for $25 + shipping



1. I have a socket 423 that is 1.5Ghz and has a 256kb L2. This is the same cpu. For this cpu I have a motherboard that may not be fully functional, I have booted into linux live, but that is it. One of the pci slots also did not work when I tried it. The stock heatsink fan that comes with this cpu and motherboard does not mount. The person before me didnt know what they were doing and broke the bracket. I think what would work best is the idea they were using. They had superglued it to the cpu (dont worry, I got most of it off with a razor blade). I would suggest superglue the edges of the cpu and some as5 or something in the middle. Other than that you can try to come up with any mod you think would work.
$10 for the cpu, motherboard is free if you want it.


2. I have some pc-800 rambus that is 45ns. This is it. $8+shipping

3. A dynex 350watt powersupply with a 19a 12v rail. $8+shipping

4. A basic cd drive, pic is of whats wrong with it (its a little dirty, but works). $2+shipping


5. A 80mm blue led fan. It is generic something but will work for someone who just wants something a little flashy. $3 +shipping

6. Lan cards, they are pci and will connect 100mbs ethernet. They are untested. $Free with purchase just pay shipping

7.A thermaltake heatsink with a fan controller. I bought this with a socket A motherboard, I do not know what other sockets it fits, I couldn't find it online. $5+ shipping

8. Floppy drives. They are untested and $You pay shipping with any purchase or $1+shipping

9. PC-100/133 ram. It is not all tested, but did run at one point a few months ago. There are 5 sticks, if I had to guess atleast 4 should still work. There is a 128mb pc133, 2x 64mb pc100 and 2 unknown size and speed. $5+shipping for the lot.

10 32x Cd drive. reads linux live You pay shipping with any other purchase.

11. 52x cd rw. I have not tested whether it still writes but it does read I know. $5+shipping

For $25 you will get a 1.5Ghz socket 423 P4, a socket 423 motherboard that may have a bad pci slot (atleast one works and the agp is untested), it has a heatsink fan but the mounting bracket was broken by the previous owner. To mount the hsf you will have to glue it to the cpu or be creative in some way to make it stay on. There is a little glue on the hsf and cpu still but i can get some sandpaper and lap it a little. Also you will get 256Mb of Rambus pc-800 ram at 45ns speeds (not exactly sure what that means, its not exactly like latency I dont think). A 350 watt dynex psu with a 19amp 112v rail, a 80mm fan, LAN card, CD drive, and floppy will also be included.
