XFX service is great. When i got my 7900 GT used off of amazon, it worked great for about 4 months, then artifacts for 2 months, then one day it failed 100% in any 3D app. I waited til i had problems with it to register, no problem with doing that at all, 3 days after telling XFX about it, i got an RMA number, waited a month then mailed the card out, a week and a half later i got my 8600 GTS (sig)

XFX service is great, modder friendly, double lifetime, but EVGA gives out 8800 GTS 320's in exchange for 7900 cards oh well, the 8600 GTS xfx gives out is special and is "equal" to 7900 but i like the upgrade evga gives out. I'm almost (am) jealous of all of those lucky 7900 users that got their 8800 gts.

So maybe these 8600s might be worth holding onto.

...Nah, I still wanna sell em. But who knows, maybe one day they might be exchangable for a pair of 9600GSOs or something.

I'm still sitting on the fence on the 512. Now I see why I only get a 1405 on 3dmark06 with the 8400......because it sucks. How well does the 8600 play crysis? The 8400 will do it....reluctantly

Hmm, can't say I've ever tried playing Crysis with that card. I'd imagine that it would play marginally better than an 8400/8500, but don't expect miracles.
