I have a BFG 7900GS OC PCI-E in awesome condition...purchased June 12 2007 for $150. Virtually no dust...stock overclocked...runs 61C load with fan on 100%.

 actually this is a steal becuae of the warrenty th op is providing if something goes wrong you can RMA to BFG and get a 8800Gs or something

bump. I was wondering why I could not get into my BFG Login. I emailed tech support and they said:
__________________"Since the account was created before 2/14/08 a new account will need to be created. Unfortunately when our systems were updated all previous accounts were lost. A new account would need to be created." The warranty DOES TRANSFER because the card is basically not registered. It was purchased before 2/21/08 which is the cut off date where if you purchased a GPU after, you have to register it in a certain time frame. If you purchased it before, you do not have to register it to receive lifetime warranty. "APPLIES TO ALL BFG GRAPHICS CARDS INTRODUCED BEFORE 2/21/08 BFG Technologies is proud to warrant the original purchaser of the graphics card included in this package ("Product") that the Product will be free from defects in material or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product, when given normal wear and proper usage."

WHY ARE THERE SO MANY GOOD CARDS FOR CHEAP!!! I am overwhelmed, but i will definately keep this in mind for a quick little rig i put together.
