IPOD TOUCH 16GB In near mint condition (screen is practically flawless) and has apple care warranty for a while (if you're iterested, let me know and i'll check the expiration date). Only very light scratches on the metallic back. Unit has been and currently is inside of a plastic casing since I bought it. Works perfectly fine and has the jailbreak hack on it. Has several games and neat apps downloaded. Includes original packing, usb cable, and plastic protector case (I shaved down the bottom of the plastic case so that more headphone varieties would fit)

I'll vouch for the Chocolate. I have one in my pocket right now. Very good phone. You might want to clarify what firmware version it has, as V1 firmware had some glitches. That's what i've got, i need to upgrade the firmware. Meh, maybe i'll just buy a Voyager
