Blinx right now, but I'm sure the others will turn up...but don't hold me to it. We can work on a price change if they don't.)

I also have a dead Xbox motherboard. I think the problem with it was someone nuked the D0. I took it for the RAM chips, they should be fine. The guy that sold it to me said they were and they look good. Anyways this can be used to upgrade your RAM to 128MB if you have soldering skills or know someone who does. If you put linux on the box it will run smoother, but it won't make a difference in games.

You can have the LCD display different stuff...I never played with it much. I liked the CP because it replaces that crappy BIOS switch that comes with the X3. It included the LED display, and the BIOS bank switches into a clean front rather than just a little stick on piece of wired plastic. It also has 2 USB ports on the front so that you can hook up a keyboard and mouse if you put linux on the box.
