I want to get rid of it all just build a AM3 system..

If you do not want the 9850(nice chip overclocked to 3.32Ghz) I have a Phenom II 965 I will switch the CPUs in combo for $100 more $620

All in good shape but the fan makes a slight noise on PSU and I am certain it is fan.
