What's the best way to image a server OS like Windows Server 2003? I have Norton Ghost 12 but it doesn't support Server OS's. Any suggestions?

Are you sure Norton doesn't work? WS03 is based on XP and shouldn't be an issue. For example, XP drivers work fine on WS03.

Norton Ghost 12 will not install on my Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprise Edition (x86). It says it does not support Server OS's. I don't have access to a corporate edition that would allow me to use Ghostcast.
