Hard to say... I can't find any info on the RAID controller being used. Plus there's a lot of proprietary firmware so the only real way to know is independent benchmarks (good luck finding those).

I stand with my opinion. The HDOne comes with a RAID controller, while the other two (by your own admission) rely on software RAID using OS X. Software RAID uses CPU power.

Again, I highly recommend the pure hardware RAID solution.
