Default WHS. Ideas for case and psu?

I am building a WHS for a friend from work and I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good case and psu.

-Motherboard.

ECS A740GM-M AM2+/AM2 AMD 740G Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

-CPU.

AMD Sempron LE-1150 Sparta 2.0GHz 256KB L2 Cache Socket AM2 45W Single-Core Processor

-RAM.

G.SKILL 2GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) Desktop Memory

-HDD. My friend can only afford two Samsung 500GB drives, but they might add two more later on.

SAMSUNG SpinPoint T Series HD501LJ 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive

-Case. a case that will fit a Micro ATX board and that can fit four hard drives into it will be needed.

-PSU. I need a psu that will support the system I gave above and the four hard drives and two sticks of RAM.

-OS.

Microsoft Windows Home Server 32 Bit 1 Pack

Under full load with 4 HDs, you'll be using less than 150w.

There's a combo deal with an Antec 300 but that case might be overkill.

To answer most of your questions: (1) a fridge cannot cool a PC (2) 64-bit OS for over 3.4GB (3) If a PCIe card fits, it will work (4) Resolution, not screen size (5) If you have a question, it is not news (6) Report, not respond to Spam (7) Single/Non-Modular Rail PSUs are NOT better than Multi-Rail/Modular

Is there a good cheap PSU I could get that wouldn't require a Mail in Rebate?

The Antec 300 would be a bit much I want as small of a case as possible.
