I am not sure why, but it keeps shutting down.
No BSOD, No Events Notices, No dump file. I am at a loss of words.

Could anyone help me? I am really not sure what the issue is at all.

No, the PSU is stable enough to handle the system.

The system is called Homefileserver or some variant of that.

Do you dual boot or can you test with a boot disc to see if it crashes in a different environment? It sounds more hardware related at this point.

The only thing I can say is that it did not randomly shut off when using Windows Server 2008. It only has started doing this after switching over to the newer version of the OS.

you may want to try a re-install and see if it still has the same problems. sometimes certain board dont agree with certain os's. ussually not though..
