I am a long time Western Digital fan. I would recommend Black's, but they aren't really all that necessary for a server unless you are looking at speed.

Pick up the WD Greens for cheap.

I don't really have a budget, just looking for something that's reasonably price and works well in a server.

Dont get Blue's they have compatibility issues.
I have never tried greens.

I recommend Blacks, I have 1 in my sig rig.
I use x2 , 1-TB blacks in my DVR at the office.
Also the main server has a 1 TB black.

They are very very reliable and have decent speed for a server.

ID go with the WD's then they are pretty solid and reasonably priced in my opinion... caviar green for a lil price break and black for data speed... its all up to you.

hope this helps
