I would like you all to help me with a server I would like to build to host and rent out game servers with.

Requirements
1U-2U
Quad Core/Xeon/Core 2 Quad NO i7 or AMD
8gb Ram
Nice Nit card(Network Card)
Rackable w/ rails if possible
Price isnt a big deal atm but would like to keep under 800
