Hey guys,
__________________I'm not 100% sure where this belongs, so I'll ask here anyways. Basically, what I want is the ability to test my CMS (Content Management System) before uploading it to a server. I tried downloading random "home servers" from open-source but they didn't work. Should I be using Apache server?

I would download Virtualbox and Ubuntu 9.04 Server Edition - create a virtual server that you can run within Windows that will have everything you need for testing your sites.

Try Server2Go. Basically a portable web server.
