Want to try my server for me to see if other people can access it?
IP: 209.55.119.95 Name: Guest Pass: 123 I changed the pass but I may create an account if you just want pic/wallpapers. /Anime should be one of the directories if you want to try it. Works fine on my local network with fireftp just would like some outside testers. I can't figure out why but I simply cannot connect to my server. I have it installed. I added directories, users, and forwarded the necessary ports I'm pretty sure but no matter what client I use or anything else I cant access it. Now can connect to it using my IP but I figure a dns name would be easier. I set up: ftp://kingsnake2.dnsalias.net/ which should be able to connect to my ftp server right? but it wont...

You could give us the IP to try it? Obviously a temporary account.

Do you happen to have the necessary things installed?
Such as SSH.

Double check your port forwarding, no connection at all.

It connects using port 20/21, but directory is unretrievable, somethings not right with your 14147 forward.

SSH = secure shell protocol. It's remote terminal access for linux servers.
Code:
login as: @carrot-orange password: Ubuntu 9.04 server : ip : hostname : carrot-orange 10 packages can be updated. 18 updates are security updates.
