Under DHCP->IPV4->Server Options you should have DNS, Domain Name, and PXEClient configured. WINS might still be there as well, which you can remove since you aren't running it anymore. Then under the scope options there should also be an entry for the Router. Then right click on IPV4 and hit properties, then go to DNS. Dynamic DNS updates should be enabled.
Under DNS, go to Forward Lookup Zones and select your domain name. Then on the right you should see all your domain PCs and IP addresses. Also, under the server root (all the way at the top), open up Forwarders. The IP address of your router should be there.
For WDS, check to make sure that the service is running. The PXEClient option under DHCP is for it as well.
