Default Error 0xc000035a Server 2008R2 in Virtual PC 2007

My host OS is Windows 7 Pro x64. I'm trying to run Server 2008R2 as a guest OS through Virtual PC 2007 SP1, but when I try I, get error 0xc000035a as it shows in the picture.

I have a Q6600 processor and running x64 versions of Windows and virtual pc. I have tried using the ISO in a virtual drive with Daemon tools as well as the DVD in my physical drive. VT is enabled in BIOS.

I searched the forum for the error and nothing came up so I dont think this has come up before on these forums.

I'll add that when booting the local machine itself with the CD there is no error, it installs fine.

I'm hoping this is just something simple that I've missed but even a google search didn't shed any light on this and V-PC SP1 is supposed to support Server 2008 as a guest OS.

Vista x64 same error.
I found out no installation of V-PC Supports any x64 based guest..That was way harder to find out than it should have been

Try VMWare instead then? Not sure if they do or not.
