Default NVIDIA Drivers Break WHS

I had a 9600GSO in my WHS for Folding. I decided to pull it while doing a CPU upgrade (which is another story on that failure). Anyways, it seems that the NVIDIA driver is known to break WHS login....

If it happens to you, here's the fixes: http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/e...8-bb3ed327cc8c

To answer most of your questions: (1) a fridge cannot cool a PC (2) 64-bit OS for over 3.4GB (3) If a PCIe card fits, it should work (4) Resolution, not screen size (5) If you have a question, it is not news (6) Report, not respond to Spam (7) Single-Rail/Non-Modular PSUs are not always better than Multi-Rail/Modular (8) Sequential does not matter as much as random for OS drives

Surely I'm not the only one that wants to hear the story on the CPU-upgrade-failure....?

Not much to say.... Tried upgrading a AMD LE-1620 to a Semprton 140. Updated the motherboard BIOS and I've seen a post of someone else having it work. I get a POST code of 65 or 64 and locks. They annoying part was that my server PSU powers both my WHS, switch, and custom router so I could not start working till the GF went to bed at 12AM. Spent 1 hr trying to get the thing to work but no go. I then decided to test the Sempron 140 in my 785G HTPC. Being a HTPC, it required me to take everything apart to access the CPU...... so 2 hrs of work for nothing....
