Default Am I the only one who has a TX750w that's pretty loud in a P182?

My TX750w which is supposed to be super quiet is pretty loud in my P182. It's probably the only thing I hear if I turn all sounds off. I removed the bottom chamber fan... could this cause the PSU to suffocate and ramp up the RPM's to compensate?

Since the fan in the TX750 is temp controlled it just might help to have the lower fan installed.
