I was just wondering what are some good ways of reducing the noise that my computer makes?

Only thing I can think of is vibration reducing kits..which arn't really worth it unless you have a vibration problem
You can also just get some lower CFM fans so its not as noisy, there are some fans out there that push quite a bit of air but are still near silent.

low CFM fans, and fan controllers.

Locate your loudest component and reduce its noise. Repeat.

How would I reduce its noise though? I am not at home where I could check right now but if my PSU, CPU, or GPU were causing all the noise how could I remedy the problem?

PSU, not much you can do. GPU, also not much you can do. Case fans, Fan controller to turn them down a bit or new fans.

Well I dont think my case fans break 19dBA. I think it might be my CPU cooler then because I did stick with the stock cooler. I think I will start looking for a new CPU cooler then. Any suggestions?

Maybe look at the Zalman 9500 or 9700 and the Tuniq Tower. A good fan controller will help too.

I was thinking about getting a Tuniq Tower. Is it true I can also swap out the Fan that is in the Tuniq Tower to one of my choosing?
