You are planning on using the PicoPSU 120, right?
Well if you need a bit more power, why don't you just get the PW-200M? I'm sure you can manage 200W on this system with ease.

great suggestion and thanks, rep+. I will try to find it on some site ships to my place, if I do I'll pass to the next problem. The AD/DC plugs that go over 120W generally output on 20V and are actively cooled, but provided I find the 200W Pico-ATX PSU @ my place I can just strap 2x110W AC/DC plugs in parallel and be done with it.The truth is a 200W power envelope allows easily the use of an AiW VID card and a pretty powerful CPU.

780G + X2 4850e (45w) + 2x2GB + 150GB Raptor = 105w

Like I said in the post before yours, I own a 220W passive AC/DC 12v brick. It's rebranded by Dell. The DA-2 is a 220W brick, the DA-1 is a 150W brick. Only issue with the DA-1 is the connector, which is proprietary. The DA-2 uses a 8-pin connector that matches the 8-pin patterns in some molex connectors. Check my sig links, the old system link, for details on that.

I underclock as well... but according to the article, these are probably handpicked or modified ones. Most Athlons can't run at .8v.
