The truth is the best I could do was on a Turion sk754 with 0.85V @800MHz, they may be handpicked like the FX series.

Anyhow, the price on that little monster is said to be around 90$, it is a little exaggerated. For a small-PC I think I can dispose of around 15-20W so an underclocked X2 or why not an underclocked Phenom would be better in performance/$. Of course it depends on what is the thermal envelope of the builds intended.
