man its amazing how many people don't read posts...

like I said in my earlier post...

I think he meant clock TICKING sound...EXTREMELY FAST...which means he has a wire hitting a fan somewhere.

Yes as long as you don't put your hand in there and touch vital parts, just pull the wire away from whatever fan it is hitting.

just turn it on and check all the fans theres defo something in one of them!

Why would you have to turn it on to check the wires? it would only do more damage if there is a wire near a fan.

You need new paste, and I just don't think your ready for the jump. Its a bold thing, and its not super hard but you have to do it. You can't start the procedure and then stop. I noticed you have the original box, do you have the installation guide to that cooler as well, because it should help you as well.

ill scan out the installing guide. I noticed that there is a thermal paste!!
