Default I Think I Screwed Up My Computer

After all those people's comment , i tried to screw the metal thing behind the cooler more tightly , cleaning the cooler . When i on the power button , I heard a clock tickling sound ( but in extremely fast speed) . So i quickly off the power supply. I dunno what was the problem so i really need help ASAP.!!

Why would you do that, no one told you to tighten some random thing behind your cooler up. All everyone has told you is to reseat your heatsink with new/better paste. Don't just start doing things that you aren't told to, or you risk breaking something forever. Now please take a picture of what you tightened.

Lol. Sub'ed. It's never smart to adjust anything internally on the CPU while it's on. At least like 95% of the time.

He said it was off, but when he turned it on it made the noise. Ok I am glad to see you don't have pushpins. You must be careful when tightening that, too much pressure will crack your motherboard, and I doubt that its a pressure issue unless its very loose. You probably like suggested above just have a wire in one of your fans, its probably just making slight contact.

Don't loosen it back at this point.
