Default Best 620-700W Silent PSU?

Im looking at getting a psu for my antec 1200 build which right now has an old really loud psu outside of it from my last build. OK well im trying to spend around $120 i saw the corsiar 620w hx series modular for 160 but i don't have that much right now and plus shipping it will be to much so basically any brand and it doesn't have to be modular.

The best of the best in this wattage range is this (Not joking)

For your budget, this is a good choice. Modular, high efficiency, and high quality.

higher wattage one
