Default Coolermaster 90 CFM Silent vs. Scythe S-FLEX F

I was just browsing when I cam across these. I was planning on using some Scythe S-FLEX 1600 RPM fans on my new radiator but if these can really hit 2000 RPM and be that quiet, imagine what they could do on a fan controller at 60%.

I was wondering if A) anybody owns one of these and can verify that they are quiet B) how these should compare against the S-FLEX fans.

Even if these Cooler Master fans are louder, I think it would still be worth it to be able to pull 2000 RPM from a decently quiet fan.

They're loud as they're not actually 19dba. CM lists the lowest dba achieved when the fan is undervolted then lists the max CFM obtained with the highest RPM.

That's dirty. I know a lot of off-brands do that but CM? I think they are about like a Slipstream anyway -- more/smaller blades and higher rpm.

EDIT:
Just found the true rating -- 38 dBA @ 2000 RPM.
