Default Speedfan Config Q - screens provided

Q 1)
Speedfan sets my rpm`s at 100% after I start windows. but it should be around 20%. I know it can do this, it worked fine before I reinstalled windows. Something is wrong with my config & I dont know what.

Q 2)
MY fan wont go below 1000rpm. I want to OC my CPU to the max but keep rpm`s at minimum. the problem is that when i hit 1.2625V wall CPU overheats, 70C is max for E7200 I think.

How can I make speedfan to control my FAN & increase the rpms if the temp reach 65C & never allow it to go above 68 ?

Hire are my current settings:

In configure go to the advanced tab. Then there will be a drop down menu labelled chip. It will show some options including cpu and graphics card and hard drive but select the other one (IT8781F), it is the pwm controller. Then it will bring up a list of options, but to make speedfan work you have to change the PWM 1 mode (for fan 1, PWM mode 2 for fan 2 etc) to Software controlled. Hope this helped

I've never gotten Speedfan to work for me. It usually detects one out of a dozen fans and then gives me no options to control it. I'd suggest a fan controller.
