Default P182 (+520hx) rattle

Ok, so I have a rattle coming from my computer that I just can't seem to stop Like the title says, I have a P182 with a 520hx PSU, and the cables from my psu seem to be rattling against the back door of the case (where they are tucked away for wire management). When I open the case, it stops. When I push on the case, it stops, so it's definitely these wires.

My question is, since I know this is a popular combination of case/psu: Is there an easy way to fix this? I was thinking a small sheet of foam, but the door just BARELY fits on as it is. The Corsair wire connectors are fat, crappy plastic...maybe I could rip those stupid round things off of them?

Any ideas are welcome.

Both of you should check my P180 build logs in sig and see how I wired my case. I had a p180 with an HX520 and had no rattling at all.

are you sure its coming from the cable? mine used to rattle but it was from the bottom harddisk cage... i simply put a thin rubber between the case and the cage and the rattle completely.

positive. When my HDD cage was making noise, I just used a screwdriver to tighten the thumbscrew further and it was fine. This is definitely from the case, seeing how it stops when I push on the spot or take off the panel.

I had the exact same problem + psu in my P182 mini. It was the PSU (HX520), fan was off center (common problem, check out their support forum).

You can try loosening up the screws on the PSU fan mount a 1/4 turn or so (also most common response from forum lol) or just RMA it...assuming it's the PSU that's rattling in your case.
