Now im pretty sure im on to something here, but is there a place in pc building/silencing for some soft silicone sealant?
I cant think of any potential problems even if im a bit clumsy in the application, but id just like to make sure. I am planning on using a dab on the 4 points of the drive bays to both hold them in place and silence them, at £2 a tube its undoubtely cheaper than buying rubber spacers. It could also be used on the PSU bracket at the top cases, and basically everywhere where there could be vibration between two pieces of metal. If you guys cant see any problems with it i'll include it with my new build, and put it in my build log with how/where i did it etc. what do you think?

sounds like it would be a fine way to fix vibration issues, and if not, its easy enough to remove. i say give it a shot, let up know how it works.
