If you want to cool a Pentium D passively, the Orochi's massive surface area would be ideal.
It also comes with a 500RPM fan that is highly recommended because it is inaudible but boosts performance quite a bit compared to actual passive

how bout you keep it cheap, go get a mugen 2 and run it passive.
