I got really good flow in my case. After you get wires out of the way to remove MOST of the turbulence, it helps out a lot.

Do you use the stock Antec fan on the top of that case? (I'm assuming that's your sig rig)

Just buy sound dampenings. They are pads that stick the chassis and will definately make the sound quiet. I have considered getting one.
