And when I thought I've heard everything it comes this, a benchmark for the mice. Heres what the author has to say about it:

What's funny about that? I've been running "overclocked" with my IE4.0 for over a year now, and I'll never go back.

Also, did you know that the G5 automatically "hacks" Windows to 500hz? It's just a hype, even Razer does it.

It's like writing a P965 board is SLi compatible, more people would probably buy it, but that would mean other P965 mobo's with 2 PCI-E x16 slots also is SLi compatible.

More people will buy it, the enthutiasts will just go for the best performance

Maybe he means increase the polling rate (not DPI)? This is technically overclocking the mouse...

Apparently I lived under a rock all this time, not knowing the mouse can be OCed.

So errm any bets on how long it takes until we see watercooled mice and MOUSE-Z Verified links of mouse overclocks @ 2Ghz? Have a 1x PCIe slot devoted to the MPU...

Ooh I bet you could get to 3Ghz on a phased mouse.
