Russia, yeah maybe, I know Romania and the Baltics are big in this area too(of writing exploits and controlling bot nets, etc..). The only people they can ever get though are the script-kiddies. Nice article though.

Yeah Russia is WORSE than romania, ukraine, etc. when it comes to these things. It is a country saturated with computer programmers/hackers and criminals

Ya they have a low chance of being caught in those countrys. I had a friend tell me in canada that some companys pay to have thier rivals hacked or data stolen probly happens all over the usa but just stays very hidden.
