Default The Biggest Ever BitTorrent Leak: MediaDefender Internal Emails Go Public

I wasn't sure where to post it so i decided to put it in software, i guess

Anyway I'm sure everyone has heard of the Anti-P2P company Media Defender. They have produced fake torrents and all in order to catch un suspecting users in the act and then sue them for thousands of $ because that is how sleazy they are.

Torrentfreak got the scoop on the story. In there you will find alot of quots of how media defender has tried to do over consumers. Also there is Torrent with ALL the emails Honestly I have NO idea how they are going to clean this up

When you unrar the torrent it contains nearly 700mb of emails that where leaked.

Here are the directions to view these files. I tried it and it worked for me

go to

C:\Documents and Settings\Leo\Application Data\Thunderbird\Profiles\bdktiv80.default\Mail\Lo cal Folders

That directory. For me i have Leo because that's my user name just change that and you can get to it. Then take the file that you un Rared "extracted" and rename it to JUST "INBOX" with no extension or anything. Then just restart thunderbird and look in the local folders Once i looked at the files they EVEN HAVE ATTACHMENTS LMAO

I've been reading them and I see all the stuff they are targeting. For example the new 50 Cent album on sharezilla is being targeted

Also they have "2000 most popular files on Gnutella which is limewire clients and such and they list all the song names all all. IT'S GREAT!!!
