Alrighty.... here's mine... not bad, I guess... running at 1600x1200 at High settings, no AA

The weird thing is... is that the first time I ran it (forgot to load Fraps) there is a torpedo heading towards a boat. I see the underwater explosion, but no explosion sound or fire... no big deal. The second time, with Fraps, there was no explosion at all?!?!?! but I did hear an faint explosion sound. It's as though it's not really the same rendering going on. Also... the doppler effect with all the sounds gets really annoying! Ha!Ha!

just watched that youtube video. looks sick, cant wait to bench this myself.

kinda sticks it right up all the noobs out there claiming theres no real difference between dx9 and dx10. the differences are blatantly obvious and significant. DX10 looks awesome. time to get Vista kids

WOW!!!!!!!!!!! I tried running it at 1600x1200, High, with 16xQ CSAA... and I barely got 1FPS! Ha!Ha! I think the highest I saw was 6, but about halfway through it I stopped it... couldn't exit out of it without hitting Ctrl+Alt+Del to Task Manager... it looked GORGEOUS though!

Hmm, happened to me too when I tried it on High. Just benched it on Medium, 2xAA at 1280x1024 and it worked all the way though. Had ~42FPS average.

I'll get some screenies here in a sec
Same here I got 1fps with a max of 6fps...

Question to all: at my 1600x1200 resolution what should I be setting my AA on? I also put the 16xQCSAA (i don't even know what this is) and it brought my system to it's knees.
