New to Overclock.net
|
They are downright horrid for my rig, SLI no longer functions properly, can't overclock, going back to the 163.75s for now.

Translation: 167.26 has Huge Improvment on H.264 codect acceleration on 8600GT. It was tested with Conroe-L with 8600GT on The Prestige.Blu-ray.REMUX.h264.1080p.LPCM.DD51. This only showed a CPU usage of 1.6%! However no improvment on VC-1 codec. It seems NVIDIA never bothered to fix the PureVideo driver until now. so basically it improves watching HD videos. But the site also says it decreases gaming performance... how true is this?
