I believe it is. I had DK Lite 7 and it was a whole lot faster than Windows defrag, and it also eliminated fragments that the standard program couldn't. There are also a lot of features in this new release that ensure your files don't get fragmented in the first place, and that I-FAAST 2.0 seems rather interesting.
