Wow
"Im detecting large amounts of win in this sector" xD That will be so funny if they get almost a million dollars from people trying to get them shut down.

While I am no fan of piracy sites (I'm in the tech field, and personally feel the backlash of pirated IPs), I hate the so-called "IP Protection Agencies" more than anything else. I'm sick of these blood-sucking, greedy a-holes protecting their bottom line at the expense of the people who actually CREATED the IPs to begin with, and using ethically questionable methods of enforcement in the process.
MPAA, RIAA, and the rest can burn in hell. We need more creative minds to do Radiohead-style releases: www.inrainbows.com. You know why? We cut out the middleman and the creators get all the money. Think about it: I downloaded the album and gave them $5 for it. So did about 8 of my friends. That's more money than Radiohead would have received in royalties if they had a recording contract and had sold the album for $15 to me in a retail outlet. Even more importantly, Radiohead made a bold statement: We care more about people listening to our music than anything else. I know plenty of people who downloaded the album only because it was free, not because they like Radiohead. Several of them listened to it, thought "Damn, this is good stuff!" and went back and gave them some money for it. Die in a fire, Thought Police. I hope more IPs go the way of Radiohead.

I love this, it's almost as good as with that whole email leek by media defender but Torrentfreak should totaly persue this claim. I've been reading TF for about 2 years and they are a fine blog everyone should read them.

BREIN is one of the same groups that is greatly instrumental in keeping PirateBay running and away from the law. I doubt TorrentFreak can muster the legal prowess that would be needed to take them on and win
