From here, even though it is older, about a different attack on the RIAA ::

Quote:
As of this writing, visitors can find this [link dead]on the [RIAA] site:
RIAA against music sharing? Not anymore!
RIAA to sue music sharers? Not Anymore
With the legal file sharing service kazaa still online, the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) today announced that it intends to offer the latest albums for download from riaa.org.
As you are probably aware, the RIAA has been pursuing a policy of preventing this activity in recent months.
We have recently become aware that this approach is yielding only limited results and in some cases may in fact be harming sales and the artists' revenue stream.
The RIAA wishes to apologise for the heavy-handed manner in which the popular chinese site Listen4Ever was closed down, and would like to present the following items for free download as a token of its goodwill. Of course the list is relatively small, but please
The RIAA wishes to apologise for the heavy-handed manner in which the popular chinese site Listen4Ever was closed down, and would like to present the following items for free download as a token of its goodwill.
Of course the list is relatively small, but please be patient - we expect to offer over 300 next week. We also intend to offer pre-released movies in the coming months.
If what you want isn't on the list, then please try Kazaa Lite - available here.
Listed below the above parody are 20 links to download tunes by Linkin Park. These files were also loaded on the RIAA site under a Napster archive directory. The fact that the links also direct the user to Kazaa Lite, instead of KaZaa itself makes another commentary about what is now the leading P2P client.
The sluggish performance on the site right now suggests quite a few visitors are aware of the hack now (downloading the Linkin Park tunes will take a little while for even broadband users). I'm sure by now the webmaster of the site is running back from the beach so don't be surprised if the site will soon be shut down for the duration of the holiday.

<sarcasm>

Uh oh, what are we to do?

</sarcasm>

But really, I think that the RIAA being wiped out is funny. Maybe they should pay more attention.

How many dirty stinking RIAA agents does it take to screw in a lightbulb?

20. One to screw in the lightbulb, and 19 to throw feces at each other.
